Confirmation-Only Access
Showing access codes are only released after confirmation. Submitting a showing request does not grant access.
- • You will not receive an access code until your showing is confirmed
- • Confirmation requires verification of your request
- • Unconfirmed requests do not receive property access
Standardized Screening
All applicants go through the same screening process. There are no exceptions, informal bypasses, or special arrangements.
- • Every application follows identical screening criteria
- • No applicant receives preferential treatment
- • Screening is completed through our authorized partner
Auditability
Actions within the platform are logged. This creates accountability and allows issues to be traced and resolved.
- • Showing requests, confirmations, and cancellations are recorded
- • Communication timestamps are preserved
- • System actions can be reviewed if questions arise
