Log in to your Rentvine portal at havlo.rentvine.com to make one-time or set up recurring rent payments. You can pay by bank transfer (ACH) or credit/debit card.
Late fees are outlined in your lease agreement. If you're experiencing difficulty making rent on time, contact us immediately at (832) 535-7535 to discuss options before your payment becomes late.
Submit maintenance requests 24/7 through your Rentvine portal. Log in, navigate to the maintenance section, describe the issue, and attach photos if helpful. You'll receive updates as your request is addressed.
Emergency maintenance involves immediate health/safety risks (no heat in winter, major water leaks, broken locks, gas leaks, electrical hazards). For emergencies, call (832) 535-7535 immediately. Routine maintenance includes minor repairs, cosmetic issues, or non-urgent problems—submit these through your portal.
Emergency requests are addressed immediately. Urgent issues (like HVAC failures) are typically handled within 24-48 hours. Routine maintenance is scheduled within 3-5 business days depending on vendor availability and parts needed.
We'll contact you 60-90 days before your lease expires with renewal options. You can review renewal terms and sign electronically through your Rentvine portal. If you have questions about renewal pricing or terms, contact our office.
Provide written notice according to your lease terms (typically 30-60 days). Complete a move-out inspection, clean the property, and remove all belongings. Return keys and access devices on or before your move-out date. We'll send you move-out instructions and a checklist to help ensure you receive your full deposit back.
Security deposits are returned within 30 days of move-out, as required by Texas law. You'll receive an itemized statement of any deductions for damages beyond normal wear and tear. Ensure the property is clean, all rent is paid, and you've provided a forwarding address to expedite your refund.

For emergencies (safety hazards, major leaks, lockouts, HVAC failures in extreme weather), call our emergency line at (832) 535-7535 immediately. For all other matters, submit a request through your Rentvine portal.
