Both use the same Rentvine platform but show different information. The owner portal displays financial statements, property performance, and management reports. The resident portal shows lease details, payment history, and maintenance requests. Each has role-specific access and permissions.
Tenants submit requests through their portal. We assess urgency, coordinate with our network of licensed vendors, and obtain owner approval for repairs exceeding the agreed threshold (typically $250-500). Emergency repairs are addressed immediately. You can track all maintenance activity in your owner portal.
We offer listing services for investment properties, whether occupied or vacant. We can market to both investors (who may want to keep the tenant) and traditional buyers. Our team handles tenant coordination, showings, and ensures compliance with lease terms during the sale process.
Timeframes vary by property condition, location, and pricing. Well-maintained homes in desirable areas often receive applications within days of listing. On average, our properties are leased within 2-3 weeks. We syndicate listings to major rental sites and leverage our network for maximum exposure.
