Governance and trust

The company stays answerable

The person, home, and rights around every decision stay protected.

Havlo remains accountable for the relationship, even when technology or a specialist helps carry the work.

Three commitments

Greater capability must strengthen the protections around it.

These are operating commitments, not product features. They apply across every Havlo relationship.

Your rights

The lawful and fair path comes first.

Licensing, Fair Housing, accessibility, contracts, resident rights, and professional responsibility do not become optional because a faster path exists.

Your information

Your information must have a legitimate job.

Havlo does not sell personal information. It is collected, used, retained, and shared only for a lawful housing, service, safety, or legal purpose and only as far as that purpose requires. You may request access, correction, export, or removal; Havlo will explain any record it must retain.

Your decisions

Sensitive moments stay close to a person.

Technology may organize, retrieve, summarize, draft, or recommend. Appropriate people remain responsible for consequential legal, financial, brokerage, screening, lease, notice, safety, and conflict decisions.

Correctability

You can question the record, challenge an outcome, and ask for correction.

Havlo should make clear what information, evidence, professional duty, or human decision controlled an outcome. A person should not have to accept unexplained certainty from a system.

If facts conflict or proof is missing, the uncertainty stays visible until it is reconciled. Silence is not contradiction, an observation is not authority, and a recommendation is not an action.
