## Important boundaries

- Asking Havlo a question does not send a message, start an application, make a payment, change access, or alter an outside record.
- Property availability, price, tour eligibility, and application status must be confirmed from the current property or official account.
- Resident and owner account records remain in Rentvine at `https://havlo.rentvine.com`.
- Havlo does not promise automated showings, market performance, occupancy, leasing time, investment return, or a future community outcome.
- Brokerage representation, compensation, agreements, notices, money, access, publication, and changes to official third-party records follow their own accountable authority paths.
- Havlo does not sell personal information. It limits use and sharing to lawful, necessary housing, service, safety, and legal purposes. People may request access, correction, export, or removal; Havlo explains any record it must retain.

## Public machine access

- `GET /api/listings` returns the homes currently authorized for Havlo-site advertising.
- Do not submit forms, create accounts, schedule a showing, or access authenticated areas through automated browsing.
- Follow `/.well-known/agent-permissions.json` and `robots.txt`.
